Need a Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a virtual assistant that help me with design/data entry work. I run a somewhat successful Etsy shop that offers personalized products. The customer chooses a style and provides a personalization with it.

We manage all of our designs within Adobe Illustrator and have .ait files made for the majority of our style choices. Allowing someone to just type in the personalization, reposition/center the elements, and then do some other finishing steps to prepare it for the laser engraver. Sometimes our customers don't provide the necessary details for the designs so we would just need those kicked back to us so we can reach out to the customer for clarification.

Message me for some actual examples. Ideally in the future we'd like to have all of this automated but I'm not sure we're to that point yet.
