Need a viral fb app that will not be deleted

Hello,

I need a fb app that people must like first a page then it uploads to their wall a photo of a niche (like what your name says, who is watching you, etc) but MUST be not DELETED like one day or even at all.

I am not willing to pay $100-200 for an easy app like that so if you can create some more normal please contact me
