Need a video editor

Hello. I am looking for someone that can change around an intro template and throw in this audio (Below). The video has a tutorial on how to change the template, I simply dont have Cinema 4D or After Effects. Thanks a million in advance. I dont have a lot of money but I am willing to pay something.
