Need A Video Editor For Some Simple Editing

Hey there, as the title says I need a video editor to blur out some parts of a video
professionally. For someone who knows how to do this the job can't take any more
than 15 minutes to do.

I can do it but it takes me forever unlike people who are accustomed to it.
Anyone wanting to make some beer money?
