I apologize for being the newfag, but a friend and I have a program that we would really like to be created that we are incapable of doing ourselves. It is quite an advanced thing to do, but we know for a fact that it is possible, that's why we will need someone with a lot of experience and possibly a portfolio to show as well. Not entirely sure of what language would be best for it, but I would say C#, C++ etc. Not very experienced in this aspect unfortunately. Willing to pay in the vicinity of a few hundred, depending on how well all of our features are implemented.
