VCC verified accounts stability is the factor here. Most of the VCC verified accounts r in hold now. Thats the reason I am looking for person who will do it using something real.

Trouble with that senario is once someone uses a real CC with paypal they
can never use it for another account again. You just need to be carefull
where you source your VCC I've never had a problem.

i have always used vcc shoppers , might not be the cheapest but worked for me so far

Same here, I need a paypal account and ebay with good ratings and some age,,, so a vcc source would be great..

I got one but don't know how good they r, they r also providing virtual bank account to verify pay pal accounts.
