Need a VCC for hosting and scripts

I wanna ask you guys what company or service is best for purchasing a VCC so I can get offshore anon hosting and a domain purchased. All of this has to be done with a VCC because I never want my identity to be revealed because well it's blackhat...

most of those offshore places take LR/WMZ
I know a few hosting services that allow anything (except illegal porn) you could host your stolen source code on them or whatever, they take LR ect.

if you need credit cards you can't just walk into a store and buy disposable visa and activate at register with cash?
