Need A VBA

Been trying to buy a VBA for PP varification for a few days now and cant find any sites selling them that will take a payment method i can use. Seems the only options in the US is bitcoins which i don't have. Anyone have any options for me?

They dont allow US sign ups. I can change my IP to get around that i just dont know if ill be able to get money on the account using a US bank.

You can register on Payoneer from USA by Fiverr. You will be able to get your money in your payoneer bank.

Just signed up on Fiverr and see no place to get an payoneer account.

Scratch that i got the account on payoneer up, but now looking at how to add money to the account from my debit card.

I think im going to have to just get a whole verified account. Which is sad ill loose almost 3k that im going to have to refund back.

Whenever you can buy in the marketplace so you know the person has been vetted properly. Guy named secondeye in the marketplace accepts paypal among other currencies so he might be the solution you're looking for.
