Hi my work is getting each day more even i work 14h/day i'm not able to do everything anymore thats why i'm looking for a fulltime VA.

You should work 8h/day 6 days a week and have good english communucation and written skills as my sucks.

Have you tried looking on sites like odesk for a VA? That's where I got mine. You will get a lot more exposure to potential candidates there as well. Good luck
