Need a US VCC or VBA for PayPal

So, I'm from Europe (Slovenia) and i need a US VCC or VBA provider, wich I can use for my paypal. I only have a bank account for adding money to the VCC/VBA, no credit card.

What ever you do dont mess with Akushare, he promised me 1k likes on youtube and when he could not provide he removed me from skype
