Virtual numbers wont work for paypal. I need us number for pp verification. who can help? once limitation lifts i can pay
 
I have a us number, will sell my personal number, also have a verified papal up for sale.
 
If it's just voice verification, you might try using a pay phone number in a mall, park or hotel that has wifi. For voice and text, buy the cheapest tracfone package (some prepaid cells come with starter minutes). To offset the cost of the latter, use it to phone/text verify a number of accounts, to get more bank for the buck.
