Need a Upwork account

I have been working on Upwork site for 2 years but my account was blocked a few days ago.
I don't know the reason exactly.

I prefer European account. If you don't have one, you can create it now and I can guide your registration with screen sharing.

The budget will be more than 100 USD per month.
Payment will be right after video verification.
