I am selling on Amazon.co.uk.
Since i am not UK resident, i need a UK resident as director for my small limited company.
Because even i have a limited company in UK,if i dont have a UK resident in the company like a director,its not considered as UK established and
Amazon request VAT from me under 90K.
As director you dont need to do aything.I wil pay for just being director.
