Need A U.S J.V Partner (Big Project LLP Formation)

I am looking for a U.S Partner for my upcoming project. Though this project was thought a lot earlier but due to some problem (my mother got cancer and i got busy on her treatment) it didn't went through.
So basically I am looking for some trustworthy partners who can come and agree to form a llc with me .
Why U.S - For flexibility in clients management , Payment management , Market role and ease of access of Customer service.

1. First and foremost : "Do I have to invest real money in this ?"

--> No , but some areas if you want to involve then we can discuss about , but nothing is going out of the border , i.e without company formation.

2. Why I need partner actually ?

---> Factors to be considered : Mostly U.S clients / Traffics - U.S Paypal need , U.S Bank account / U.S customer service or native english speakers.

3. What is the project about ?

---> Its about creating an online business that makes consistent amount of money per month and selling it for 10x price as a setup fee for clients.

4. Is it profitable ?

---> Yes it is. Throughout the personal agreement and company formation that statement will be clearly written.

5. A heck lot of scams are going on , how can we make this assure and trustworthy ?

---> I prefer personal meeting when going into business , so we can trust each other and understand each other better, as much this is risky for you , its same risky for me.

6. What will be the profit splits ?

---> 20% each partner total 5 units distribution in profits and the principle will be kept in the firm name for future development and business purpose.

The reason I ask is that, here you seem to be targeting US clients but the other thread seems to focus on Indian Customers.

Investor is needed in my project , but actually i am looking for u.s partner for payment processing ease , company formation (taxation) , cpa , adsense and ppc support in my project.

No , its same , but Jr. vip's benefit will be different (profit margins)
