Well to be true i got 2000 follwers i am workng really hard on twittr but i am not able to make a single sale with twitter yet .. don't know why .. well now i days i saw some guys using auto reply script orwhat may be ht can make some sales i am lookinng for tht but can't find it if some can share it would be really great

I only use Twitter for traffic to my autoblogs... I have configured twitterfeed for each blog and currently have about 1000+ followers per account... IMHO this is the best use for twitter. If you are selling affiliate products then someone else might want to comment.
