Need a Tip [Premium Domain]

Hi Mate,

I know it might sound stupid or maybe a newbie but I am just searching for an expired domain.

And I see that there's some big name or brand that hasn't registered all domain extensions.

Like if xyz dot com is a big name that has all the domain extensions possible for it like net info etc. but somehow if they missed any of them domains,

Is there any way to get some attention or profit from those unregistered domains.

Reselling them?

If it's a big brand and you register a domain with their trademarked name on it they can sue you.

If the name is trademarked they can still sue you even if you register the domain before them, or even force you to give them the domain.

Is this true?
Otherwise people will simply exploit this loopholes to get some valuable Domain

If the domain name was registered prior to the trademark holder registering the mark, then the domain name was retained by its owner.

A quick googling gave me this information

If the domain name was registered prior to the trademark holder registering the mark, then the domain name was retained by its owner.

I meant they could sue you if you register the domain before they register the domain.
Not if you register the domain before they register the trademark.
