Need a theme edited in WP.

I need some stuff edited on a Wordpress theme. I am looking to add a top header bar. Change some of the placement of my products (Using Woo Commerce) and a few other little things. I can pay paypal. Please PM me on here with some previous work. May turn into a long term project.
