I was mainly exploring the suggestions and learning what options are out there, but after weighing everything, I have decided to go with a cloaking service for now and see how it works for my Website
 
Cloaking might work for sometimes but will actually stop. Use multiple payment method and use it to scale the ones your buyers are choosing as alternative.

I will share my experience because the solution I use is stable. This method is not a (Stripe bypass) but it's a routing system that actually hide the IPTV site and can integrate multiple gateways. These gateways cannot inherently detect your niche (like IPTV) unless you explicitly disclose it to them.
