nothing fancy just need to look good, have an easy admin panel to add products, and if possible an in built paypal button.

Best bet, and the most valuable advice I can give to you is to hire somewhere like Elance.

Although you can find bad individuals there you can keep you money kind of safe in their escrow accounts.

I am not saying that here on BHW are only scammers or people who will rip you off, but in my opinion you should protect as much as you can your assets especially if you're working online with different individuals.
