need a squeeze page with aweber install - opt in mailing list

hi,
i want to design squeeze page with some nice pictures and attractive design.

and in bottom, i want to add an opt in email list subscriber.

but i have no knowledge of mysql, how to use aweber etc...

anyone here to help me out ? plz PM me.
