Need a solution to filter out emails who unsubscribed

Hello guys. I send cold emails every day and re-upload my database to email sending tool every day. Therefore, every single day I must remove people who unsubscribed manually from my emails database.

Can anyone tell me the tool how i can filter out from my excel the unsubscribed emails? I'm willing to pay for this information.

Because with excel when i tried it in the past - it gets stucked. I also tried playing with "emeditor" app , but lately it's been difficult, as not all the unsubscribes are being removed due to some errors or whatever.

Usually i need to remove let's say ~200-300 emails out of 300k emails database, in the future the database can grow.

I'd pay for someone who can give me the solution for this. Thanks.

It's easy to do it in EXCEL, so you have a sheet that have the unsubscribed and another sheet with all emails.

Just search for the VLOOKUP Excel function and use it to find the unsubscribed emails.
