I want to learn if i can find a high anonymity service,program or anything else that i can cloak mu identity, change ip and show me completely form another country...

What can i do?

If you really need high anonymity you need a service similar to Tor (free but slow).
Cloakfish (that's mine) will be faster and provide the same anonymity (1 to 99$/month), cloakfish lets you choose your external IP by Country or even City.

If you don't need high anonymity and just want to obfuscate your IP you can use any proxy service or even a VPN.
Also make sure to learn about browser-accept language/useragent/cookies/flash cookies as they leak information about your identity/language.
FF-3 also leaks the timezone but as far as I know it's not exploited at this time (I'd still stick with FF in favor over IE).

When you say "http", you are reflecting an amateur experience; because no body is safe or hiding in http communications. Consider using the SOCKS METHOD. HOW? Use UFA Sockschain Software(It gives 100 proxies from which less than ten of them are working). Second, use a socks scanner(Roka GPN). Third, put any working proxy into the socks field.
