I've used PandaPow and PureVPN, both are not very great. I'm looking for a service that offers solid connectivity and a minimum 1mbps up and 3-5+mbps down.

Try Cyberghost VPN, using there premium vpn for nearly a year now.

I used express vpn around China and experimented good speeds, but never benched the uplink.
