Knew of a discreet exchanger a while back but he seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Does anyone have an in with a straight-shooter to whom I can transfer my $1000k+ PayPal funds (before PayPal locks down my account) and have them sent to me via Western Union?

How much are you willing to pay to have this done?

It's more a question of the exchanger's reasonable/competitive rates, which would be a flat percentage agreed upon at the start of the business relationship and subsequently applied to all transactions.

And, because I'm not a moron, I'm not going to take heed to exchangers who expect payment upfront, because that makes absolutely no sense. Logically, you'd get your money in the process, taking your percentage out when I send you the entire sum.

Right now I'm talking to a guy willing to do it for 10%, not including the fees for PayPal + WU. I reckon that's a pretty good deal, but if there's anyone out there with good feedback/iTrader rep who's got a solid PP account and willing to do it for less, I'm all ears.
