    Budget/Scope?

I've got a genius coder on staff that is looking for side work. He's in the U.S and does outstanding work.

Hit me up on Skype: MarketologyTeam

OK. little bit of detail, so you know what the work is: functionality:
    1. software sits and works in system tray playing audio (cannot be muted, always plays, just very low volume) that is preferably in an odd format, like ogg. Audio needs to be stored in the application data folder where people don't look for it. Audio loops. longest audio is cca 20 minutes.
    2. it flashes to the bottom of the screen messages, one message per minute
    3. buyer can buy upgrades that adds audio and text that is then selectable in the software's interface

similar software I found is brain bullet, can provide the right person with a copy of that software.

Software must be able to add functionality as the demand shows, i.e. modular?

PS: I am a woman. call me Sir and I won't answer.
