Need A Social Media Marketing freelancer

As the title says, I need someone who can handle social marketing for our sites. You'll be required to promote content on a daily basis on:

Twitter
Facebook
Pinterest
Digg
Stumble upon
G+

And in the process ensure that that following/friends list increase on a regular basis. I'm NOT looking for like/+1/Vote suppliers. Ideal candidate would be someone:

- spend a lot of time on social networking sites
- Aware of navigation on all the above mentioned sites
- Someone who can quickly make friends on the social network & can post good comments

The work is long term and your quality of work will be decided based directly on the traffic from your efforts. This shouldn't take more than an hour of your time per day.
