This was posted by another user and i have the same needs:
"I'm looking to grow a network of social bookmarking site accounts, to use to link to a few backlinks etc.
Wondering what the best tool is to do this en-mass. Should be capable of something like:

Someone suggested this:
"What you need is Jarvee, some knowledge of Jarvee. A few ISP Mobile Proxies for creating multiple accounts and knowledge of Mother/Child Social Media Technique.
