You are a newbie...You have to pay upfront. Also, don't hire "yellow" usernames. Only blue.

I can do it. My rate is $100 an hour and I need an $1,000 up front to start which will get you 15 hours of development work before the hourly rate kicks in. Development will be done on my own server. Once you approve the final product I will accept payment in BTC THEN hand over the code, or you can continue hosting it on my server for an additional cost.
