Need a small begginer advice from instagram experts and guru's

My english is not that great :)

i previosly started instagram uploading and i find videos alot and i find ways in my mind to make them fun for me it became like an addiction but the problem is i want to run a different instagram or tiktok accounts for different niche for example like maybe 10 to 15 niche or even double accounts of the same niche but different sub category

Problem: i am confused on how to run that many accounts without having to have any shadowbanned issues or anything else in both instagram and tiktok. So i found a free residential vpn which is a p2p i don't know if its because of this but i get banned or shadowbanned i can't upload videos in tiktok and verification code doesn't work in instagram

Solution i wanted to try: so i found a way to buy aged instagram and tiktok from real users and i wanted to try but the question comes again will i have any problem when with these accounts and also even if i buy accounts can i use them manually on my google profiles or do i 100% need proxy "i tried asocks also"

You can safely use 5 IG Accounts per Phone, without any need of Proxies, just use your Local Data

yeah an i already have 5 but my need is not 5 but around 10 to 20 accounts i am not a spammer or anything i want to upload different type of content in its account not mixig memes to streamers videos or mix it with any other so if anyone is generous they can dm me the way or just post here if you are ok with it

Just buy more second hand phones and keep 5 accounts in each, all you need is 2-4 cheap second hand phones to work with.
 
Free VPNs share the same IP, so you get banned. Buying old account is the best option but you still needs to use good proxies and browser profiles for each account.

not that helpful but thank i am looking for a way to run it with proxies and stuff

thats what i thought i should do but i could't find any place where i can learn how to maintain the accounts like i searched around people say even if you use proxies you will get caught in the long term so is it really a secret for people to hide on how to use many accounts without any problems i am even ready to buy a course for it as long as i learn how to maintain alot of accounts.

1. Don’t use free P2P VPNs. They are risky and often blacklisted. Can cause bans or shadowbans on TikTok/Instagram.

2. Using Chrome profiles is good. But each account must have a different IP (proxy) to stay safe.

3. Mobile proxies are safest.
Asocks is okay, but test slowly. Don’t log into many accounts at once.

4. If you buy aged accounts:
  • Don’t post for 2–3 days. Just browse, like, and act normal.
  • Use a proxy from the same country as the original owner if possible.
5. For 10–15 accounts:
  • Use 1 proxy + 1 Chrome profile per account.
  • Grow slowly. Avoid spam. Keep follow/like actions low.
 
Running 10–15+ accounts across niches is doable, but free P2P VPNs are a big red flag—TikTok and IG pick up on those fast, which can explain the bans and code issues. Aged accounts help, but you’ll still need good proxies or at least clean IPs. Manual use is fine if you separate everything (browser profiles, cookies, user agents). Don’t mix logins or devices too fast. Take it slow and warm them up.
 
For managing many Instagram and TikTok accounts safely, avoid using free or P2P VPNs—they often cause bans or verification issues. Buying aged accounts can help, but use separate, reliable proxies or residential IPs for each account to reduce risk. Also, use different browsers or Google profiles to keep accounts separate. Manual use is best—automation increases ban chances.
 
Look into any app cloner and then make sure to edit the videos so that they are unique. You can also clear the meta data and change the hash, that can make the posts unique aswell.
 
buy two cheap android phone and sim card and run 5 accounts in each phone. create fresh accounts in new phone with new sims. create 1 account in 5 days. and dont do many actions. and you can run those accounts smoothly.
 
If you are gonna use new account it will get flagged very easily.

Get some old account from marketplace and use 2 account per device to be safe enough
