Need a skype automation skript/bot/batch file

Hi @ all Blackhats.

I need a skype bot, batch file or script that automates a few things. The task is pretty simple. I already wrote a batch file which does 1/3 of my wanted tasks, but i don't have enough time for researching more. The script or whatever it should be needs to do the following:

1. Open Skype and login with username and password.
2. Call 24 Numbers at the same time or a few seconds in between. (skype can call up to 24 numbers at max.)
3. Wait a specific number of minutes. (like 15-30 Minutes, I need to know how to change the minutes)
4. Hang up all calls.
5. Start with step 1 again. (Like a loop, i should be able to control how many times this loop will be done)

This will be the light version of my wanted script. There is also another version which is almost the same but some things like skype premium account creation included.
Price will be discussed, but don't expect much for this since it's not hard to do. I don't need a nice looking bot. A Button which does the job is enough.
