Need a skilled programmer

Hi, I am looking for someone who can make a tool to submit reviews to multiple review websites like yelp.com, tripadvisor etc.

This tool must be able to connec to facebook/twitter for login and visitors of hotels , restaurants can make 1 review and submit to all those sites instantly.
