I am looking for someone that can build a website that will pay people to post itunes links (short links) on facebook.

I am seeking someone that want mind getting paid after the work is done though. I am looking for someone to do a website where people can get paid to place a post on their facebook fanpage timeline.

Doesn't work like that bro.
Freelancers need to secure themselves since coding involves a lot of time and hard work.
What's the sense if all you get is ripped off after you finish your work.

I understand completely but I do not want the codes or ownership as of now. You can create the site under your server or a yahoo server and let me see how it works and if it works well when we talk business. I am not trying to burn anyone this is business I worked with a freelance before and she did nothing just create photoshop stuff. Waste of time.

I am in online marketing so I have the availability to reach people however I would like to have facebook users to signup to get paid to post video links to their facebook post. I would to be able to see their reach like a facebook fanpage insight allows you to see. I will pay them based on the reach via paypal. No one is doing this like this and I am not interested in copyrighting this I just want this to something that can be done.

There may not be alot of people on BHW that would jump on this but the person that can do this want have to worry about getting an upfront payment being that if they just get the homepage active I will get that paid before they even give me the finish project.

Looking at your previous posts, I think you are broke and hoping somebody else is going to bankroll your idea.
 
well if you are not interested get off my thread. Not once did I ask for a hand out nor did I say I wouldn't pay. I want to see the site work and the person that does the work with keep the ownership while I just test it. No need for anyone to bankroll me and believe what you want your opinion.

You don't understand it.
When I'm a freelancer, my time is LIMITED!
Do you think I am going to sit on a project (your new website) for days or weeks, show it to you on my webserver only to get a "Ehhh I didn't like it, sorry" from you? That's why you ALWAYS have to pay some upfront fees which even if you don't like the result of the work, will not be refunded to you since the work that has been done can't be reversed either.
The time involved is lost already.
