Need a simple twitter macro

Can someone make me a imacro for twitter that follows users from the page of retweets. That way i can follow the people who retweet stuff easily, thanks

there already is an imacro that's used for follow all of a users followers it will work for this and i do it a lot for follow trains.. you'd have to refresh the retweet page manually though but i like it just cuz id rather not get carpel tunnel lol
