Need a simple tool made (P1 bot)

Need a simple bot made, preferably in python. You need to find a working google voice api, or workaround and make a bot that can create audio scripts using tts to sound like an automated support agent, allowing me to edit the generated script. Calling the number with the audio scripts made for them, the bot calls using multiple accounts simultaneously, I can easily switch the account, and the bot must recieve the press 1 input from the person being called and send the number it called. I only care about the calling and receiving input though. Paying well for this task, can lock the funds in if you have reputation, but I don’t release it or you don’t get paid till the bot is done. Need it made asap
