Need a simple facebook bot

I just need a facebook bot that does the following:

- Auto confirm friend requests
- Auto add "suggested friends", with custom settings : wait time and number of friends
- Auto join group

That's it. No need to create accounts, send messages and the like.

Anyone have recommendations?

There is extentions, you can add to chrome and firefox that does this as well for free.
