Need a shipping solution for shipping high volume

I don't know where else to put this. I'm not selling through ebay, but I figured some of you would have experience in shipping.

I might have to ship a large volume of orders out and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. The items are roughly the size of a flash drive and about the same weight. I want to ship them in those small bubble mailers and it would only be in the US. Time isn't important, just as long as they get there.

What would be the easiest and cheapest way to ship about 1,000 of these?

Not selling in bulk. All would be going to different addresses.

Would it be best to get their software so I can print out my own labels from home?

How are you selling your items. Through paypal? Shopping carts? Check out shiprush. They let you import all of your orders in bulk then you can print labels in bulk.
