need someone to rank keywords to top 4

keywords have already been selected (give me your address and i will send it there)

this is pay for performance so please quote me price per keyword and once it will rank top 4 and stay in static position (or goes higher) for atleast 9 days I will release money per keyword (asap). I have got like 20 keywords I want to use. Works needs to be started asap because delays have already been made.

mate im not knocking on anyones door neither is anyone knocking on mines. This is give and take, you optimise my site i give you money, and to be honest i dont really understand why you've posted in the first place

Sorry but no one will do that for quite a lot of reasons,
whats stopping you from not paying out at the end?
It cant be a fixed price because no one can be sure how many hours its going to take

No person that does SEO for a living does this kind of deal, you will only get people that will more or likely not know what there doing and probably mess up your current rankings.

So basically no true professional that does SEO for a living will work on a performance basis because Google is so unreliable and you can never know how long a job is going to take, usually in cases like this the person ends up working for peanuts or loosing out money.

I would just buy a few services from the BST section or just hire someone on a monthly basis.

even if you get the medium ones but don't get the high ones you'l stil get paid

sorry theodore i don't understand, i am paying out at the end. if your talking about in hours then its the same basic principle, you tell me how much it will cost (how many hours) then i will give you the money, if your saying i'm going to hire a person with a undefined time-frame then thats just mad because at the end of the day i personally don't know any of you guys and vice versa so what stops you from charging me the odd 100 hours at a rate of i don't know $20 for 1 keyword, at the end of the day i can't afford this and it's best to tell you right from the word go what i can give and can't give. And theres two ways of providing a service, an on-going develpmental 1 (which is what im not looking for) and a service which defines what person A is giving person B for a sum of money (in this case i want to pay in exchange for rankings)

How can the SEO person be certain they will be paid?

i thought about this too, firstly i was thinking escrow.com but this costs a lot. So now i'm thinking when i choose someone we can do this, the person can work on 1 keyword with the lowest competition when it reaches its goal I will pay for that one immediately, plus a 10% advance on another keyword this will hopefully build trust in both parties, other than this i can't really think of a way (unless you live in my area in uk then we can meet up if you want). The only reason i'm not paying upfront is that i've already been cheated twice once on warriorforum and another site by paying upfront. I'd be open to trying another method if you can suggest

How about you find someone on here that is reputable, and can be vouched for by another senior member or others who have paid for the same service.
You can then pay them in advance for 1 keyword? I don't think anyone in their right mind is going to accept that job without any upfront payment.

There are no services online where you pay once the work is done, it doesn't work like that mate.
