Need a SEO/Project Manager Virtual Assistant during California Time

I have many projects and I'm looking to pay a virtual assistant that can work during California Time (10am PST to 5pm PST)

-Trying to launch an ecommerce lander + fb ads (Need you to manage ripping the site, uploading it by FTP, assigning creative creation, working with developer and telling him what to do)

-Trying to launch an SEO/affiliate based site. Need to do keyword research on ahrefs, top formulation, assign content to writers, manage/install plugins, rank tracking, think about outreach strategy. Perhaps help me with contact finding + outreach if needed.

-Need QA-ing of a expert platform site I'm working on and telling the dev issues.

Skills needed:
-FTP, a bit of HTML
-SEO website knowledge stuff
-Ahrefs, keyword research

I'm not happy with my last VA because he always has a new excuse everyday, so we are very behind on all timeline. It seems he maybe works just 15-30 mins and then stops for the whole day when I need him to put more effort. He's only available his time so it takes 12 hours for me to see deliverable. And he only did a small amount of work and we lost 12 hours.

I can help you with all of those, and I have access to ahrefs.

But my team don't have a set of work hours .. we usually do whatever tasks the clients asks during our own time.

Basically, no tasks done = not getting paid (technically, we get paid in advance, but most of our clients need ongoing work, so if we do a bad job, definitely they will not extend.)
