I am look for someone who wants to flip with me... I can do a lot of back links (manually, quality and with a keyword). We will basically get our site, I will make backlinks, you can use any programs if you have (xrumer, etc) and then we gather all of our stats, place some temporary adsense and then let it run for a bit (not too long) and flip (with flippa.com, you pay listing fee). When we get the money, first you get your money back that you invested, then we must negotiate the rate that we will do to split profits.

I am not looking for someone that:
-is looking to try something about
-has no clue about this kind of stuff
-cannot invest
