I am looking for a SEO guy who can do back links for me from various sources monthly.
I need "white hat"

I want this guy can do

article submission (only unique articles/no spun)
web 2.0 properties (only unique articles/no spun)
doc sharing site submission (only unique articles/no spun)
high pr social bookmarking (manual)
guest blogging
high profile links
press release
wiki links
edu and gov links
video creation and submission
social media backlinks

All backlink should be original, no spun, unique, and manually created (I do not mind I there is a little help of software for submitting)

You mention only white hat then mention blackhat link building methods.

Article submission you should not do
Web 2.0 properties you should not do
High PR social book marking should come natural not forced as the 90% to get removed anyway
Profile link you should not do
wiki links you should not do
