As suspected. Another parsimonious one who thinks he can slide his way into the top.
Shoddy SEO "guru/expert/veteran/master" (I dunno, maybe even Paris Hilton is on), There are plenty of what OP were looking for here.

I have no doubt that he will find someone from this community to rank him for next to nothing, but he'll have to filter through about 500 Skype friend requests.
