Keyword Country... Quite an effective tool, I must say.
Traffic travis is free while market samurai can be gotten "free" with the 40 day trial trick. Both are good so go search them out
if you are newer, and care only about the intitle, just go for traffic travis though, more user friendly and has a cool difficulty ranking for keywords you type in.

SEO plugin for FireFox is free and has a lot of nice features like SemRush and MJSEO where you can check how strong your competitors are at the top of the search.
