Need a second internet line

    What do you recommed? i cant get another DSL, and aircard wont do cuz i need it on 24/7 and what not

    set up a "office" in your house and you can add a second line in. or u can "rent" a room and put the bill in another persons name..then add the line in. either way you shouldn't have any problems

    well, depends on what u need the 2nd line for. also depends on whats available in your area. can you get cable?

    if u get wireless internet through ATT you can have it on 24/7

    Verizon also.. its the settings in your computer you need to adjust to keep your computer online at all times. i did this when I went on vacation. I left it on so that I could Tview in anytime to send emails. =)

    the thing is i need to download/upload lots of stuff with this line. cant get cable, and aircards usually have some restrictions like 5gbs per month....

    I don't think ATT has any restrictions, you could always look into wi-max or get a dedicated t-1 line, what city are you located in?

    I'm in NYC. I'll have to look into ATT, Whats this Wi-max about tho? never heard of it.
