Need a script to randomize RSS feeds and output new one

Hi,

I'm looking for a script I could run on my server to randomize feeds. What it needs to to:

1. Let me input as many RSS feeds as I need
2. Mix the feeds and output a new one with X* number of randomized articles on it.

I want to be able to set the number of articles the new feed will show from the original feeds. Also, it needs to be able to set a time interval in which it won't display any article. Let's say it grabs de feeds and creates a new randomize one, but in randomized times, between 1 and 5 hours top. And last, it needs to have "silen times", so i won't work from 00.00 to 08.00 (for instance).

Example:

1. Grab feed 1, 2 and 3, which contains articles A1,A2, B1, B2, C1, C2
2. Mix all of them randomly and output a new RSS feed at 8.00 AM: Feed 4 with articles A2, B2, C1, A1...
3. After 1 hour (or random time between 1 to 5 hours) it does step 2 again, randomizing feeds again.
4. After X hours (X should be between 1 and 5) go to step 2 again.

I will add this new feed to Twitterfeed to post random articles at random times to Twitter.
