Need a Script/ Program created for a website

Similar scripts/programs already exist.

This website provides a mobile phone app which is the same as the script I need:

Essentially the way the script works is that when the user clicks on one of the images displayed in the 8x8 grid, a new set of images will appear. Different images will be used of different facial expressions, and it is important that only one Smiling face is brought up on the screen at a time.

It would be useful also the program could track how often the user clicks on the smiling face vs the other facial expressions which appear in random order.

If anyone has the ability to make such a program I would be interested to hear back from you with a price quote and TAT.
