Need a Script or CMS System

Hi,

first... sorry for my bad english i'm from germany!

I am looking for a script or CMS where costumers can make a free site. Take a template, put own logo on the site and write text in a WYSIWYG-Editor.

It must have a signup on the frontpage and a admin backend.
