Need A Script Nulled & encryption removed

I don't know how possible this is but I am interested in purchasing am auction script. The seller has informed me that most of the admin section is encrypted and some other pages have some form or encryption.
Also it will be "locked" to my domain after purchase. Noone want to spend this much on a script and not truly own it... Besides, encryption = hidden code. its possible there could be backdoors.

This is no good to me because I want to not only write my own features for the script, but I want to modify the layout and and have full control over where and what domain I put it on.

Is this possible? and if so, who can I trust to deliver?
Is it going to break my bank?

Not exactly sure what my budget should be. I have yet to purchase the script so the time frame is yet to be decided.
I only have cash for the script at the moment, so I will have to find money somewhere for the nulling/encryption removal.
I was hoping you could give me an idea as to what this job usually costs.
