Need a script like FMyScript

I need a site like FMyScript. I posted about this earlier but no one was that interested. I need the users to be able to upload images and videos or just enter text. It also needs an admin panel with the membership login and create a username. I could have it done by the FMyScript company for less than $350.00, but was looking to see if someone had a better offer. PM me if you're interested with some examples of your work.
