Need a scrip programmer

I'm in search of a script which monitors a folder. In the folder I will drop gifs. I need them to be uploaded to 2 image hosts, than i need both links in a text file together with the title of the gif and safe it as text file with filename the title of gif. Anyone up for such a thing?
