Hi! I´m looking for Ruby on Rails programmer or company that can make a Web App that I need. If you know about stuff like: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Agile development, user stories, Scrum method of work, Test Driven Development, Test suites, Cloud Computing, re-factoring code. And you can adapt to applications like: R-Spec, Cucumber, Get and get hub, Hiroku Cloud, Bootstrap, Pivotal Tracker. So if you are familiar to all these terms and want to work in a cool project please contact me.

Indian, Pakistan, Vietnam, Phillipines, and any other country all are welcome.

I doubt you'll find many RoR developers here, you'll be much better off hitting up a forum or community that's specifically geared towards development. I would recommend the job board on StackOverflow (I'm pretty sure they have one, I've definitely seen ads for one).

Also, I think you mean git and GitHub, not get :).

I hope I find someone, but I suppose it´s difficult, even in my country there are almost none that know this stuff. I searched stackoverflow as you told me but didnt find the board. I will keep looking, maybe at freelancer.com or do you recommend other sites?

I just took a look myself, and it appears what I was seeing an ad for was a careers board. I can't really recommend any other sides; I can suggest freelancer.com, elance.com and other similar freelancer sites, however I've never used them myself, so can't comment on the quality/process.

In any case, good luck finding someone :).
